I have decided to introduce a cancellation policy for situations where I have to cancel an appointment for reasons on my side.

🔴Same-day cancellation: €200 discount on the next appointment, plus full reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs

🟠Cancellation the day before: €100 discount on the next appointment, plus full reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs

🟡Cancellation two or more days in advance: €40 discount on the next appointment

So far, there have been two occasions during my stays in Europe when I suddenly had to cancel appointments because of unexpected circumstances.

Even when the reason is something beyond my control, such as a flight disruption or another unavoidable situation, the fact remains that it may cause a great deal of inconvenience to the person who had planned to see me.

Because of that, I feel I need to do everything I reasonably can to prevent this from happening and to take greater responsibility when it does. That is why I have decided to create this policy.

Last year, when I had to cancel an appointment for reasons on my side, I also offered a discount. Every client was incredibly kind and understanding about it, and they all came back to see me again afterward.

I have always felt deeply grateful for that kindness and generosity.

But I also realized that if I simply continue relying on that kindness and allow the same kind of situation to happen again, then nothing will really change.

So I created this policy not only because I feel sorry for the inconvenience I may cause, but also because I want to hold myself accountable and continue improving.

For me, this is not simply about trying to compensate for a mistake with a discount.

More importantly, it is a way of pushing myself to build better systems, plan more carefully, and do everything I possibly can to keep the promises I make to my clients.

I am truly grateful to have met so many wonderful people who have been incredibly understanding toward me and who have given me so many kind and comforting words.

I honestly cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity.

At the same time, I want to keep doing my very best to make sure that I can honor the commitments I make.
